The City of Snellville Veteran's Memorial

Snellville, Georgia

The new Veteran’s Memorial Freedom Flame is erected on the Snellville City Hall complex on Oak Road.  The monument includes a “wall of veterans”, an eternal flame and a continuous water fall.  The tribute honors veterans from the Revolutionary War to those who still serve in Afghanistan and Iraq.  The project was completely funded by donations, and through the sale of tiles, (which have veteran’s names etched in them) and brick pavers (which have personalized names and tributes etched in them).
